What is in it#

The Wick Market — player-to-player listings in $GLOAM, with a live order book and a flat fee that feeds the burn. This is the largest single piece of work on the roadmap and everything else in the phase waits on it.

Fabrication in full — the kilns work today for lamps and tools. Phase 2 finishes tanks, hooks and the relic-to-recipe pipeline so that every recipe in the docs is actually makeable.

The burn tracker — a public page showing total burned, circulating supply, treasury balance and burn rate over time. Until it exists, all of it is readable directly on Solana; the tracker is a convenience.

Lamp upgrades — the tier above Long burn, gated behind relics from B9.

The company board — paired contracts, and the bonus for coming back up together.

Not in it#

The Gloam. PvP is Phase 3 and moving it earlier would mean shipping a ladder into an economy with nothing in it yet.
